Would you like to help us bring big dreams to life? Reality Consultants are extraordinary women who devote time to volunteer with the organization, or mentor / speak to the dream girls. Reality Consultants assist with workshop, Memphis Prom Closest, the Welcome Retreat and other events.

This year we hope to connect each young lady with a mentor in a field that they hope to transfer into upon graduation. If you're interested in being a Reality Consultant, fill out this application.
Dream Girls are amazing young ladies in grades 8-12, glistening with enthusiasm to find her passion while engaging in her community for positive change. Our monthly mentoring and empowerment program exposes young women of color to young, professional women from various walks of life. The program fosters an open dialogue environment for young women to discuss real life issues and receive guidance and love in a supportive and empowering environment.
